GOOD FOR YOUR SOUL
In their third album the band really began to find their sound, taking Only A Lad's high energy tongue-in-cheek and mixing it with Nothing To Fear's macabre melodies, the songs nail the band's distinctive brand of wackiness they would be later famous for.
Released in July 26th 1983 (a few months from 1984), the eclectic Good For Your Soul is Oingo Boingo at their most Boingo. Rumba-phones, saxophones and very subtle sarcasm are combined to make one hell of an album.
