ELFMAN shows the herky jerky instrumental wit common to the best of an ADRIAN BELEW or a FRANK ZAPPA. By walking the thin line between Album and Alternative (just as OINGO BOINGO always has) ELFMAN braves the choppy waters of individualism. Boingo guitarist STEVE BARTEK does a little squeezing himself, choking some pretty strange ostrich gasps from the neck of his guitar.
